(1) Where are your products from?
Most of products are from our own factory, which is located in the title of "China Toys & Gifts City" and the largest toy production base in the world--Shantou City.
Others get from manufacturers are under our cooperation in this field.
(2) How could I get samples?
We offer samples for quality test or any other business purpose. But we have to receive your payment for samples and their express delivery charge.
Shipping a sample from China via express courier is very expensive, usually about USD 100 for a tiny sample, USD 200 for the average RC toy and if a toy is large and/or heavy, USD 300 for expresses delivery alone!
We do not ship samples by collect unless you can supply your own Delivery Account Number.
If you wish to order samples and pay for them, please let us know:
· Which toys you want
· How many units you want
· Where you are located
We will email you a quotation of the samples, including the best delivery way and freight for your reference.
(3) Could we place order by OEM style to have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
OEM order is welcome. we can be injection mould as your requirements or your own samples and imprint your own Logo on the products or artwork on the package you appointed. It will take around 20 days to be injection a new mould, and we need to receive your mould charges for the new injection, but all your mould charges can be returned to you if your order will be a large quantity.
Of course, all the injection time and charges depend on your models' structure.
(4) What about your quality and warranty?
We have strict quality control system from material to finished products, before products being released from factory, our QC Dept needs to do spot check strictly, and once products reaching your hands, please pay more attention on testing, you need to make sure all of them are all right in your hands. For defective or false products those are confirmed due to our own mistakes, we can replace and make up for your lost.
And you know, toys do not like other electronic products, such as MP3, DVD...... so we can not guarantee any years for these products, because they will be played by users, maybe they will be broken down after playing, but we can supply most of the spare parts for these broken models from your hands. Usually, they will be all right in correct operation.
(5) What kinds of shipment will you use?
For samples, they are in small volume, we can delivery all your samples via express or your appointed forwarder such as HK Speed Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS and all available airlines. The shipping time is around 3-7-10 days depending on location.
For orders, they are in a certain volume, so we suggest you can choose the Ocean or Air Shipping to your side, it will be more availabe in Freight for Ocean and Shipping days for Air.
All the shipments are decided by your actual instance.
(6) What shall we do if we're not satisfied with your products, services or your staff?
Don't worry when you're strictly angry with our products, services or maybe somebody. Please write your dissatisfaction and complains directly to us.
Our principal will personally deal with the problems you may unfortunately encounter.
(7) What terms of payment do you use?
① Bank transfer from your personal / company A/C to our personal / company (USD):
Going to your local bank or using E-bank system. USD20 or Euro 25 or AUD 30 or GBP12 will be charged average for bank charge.
② Payment by Western Union
By western union, we can get your payment within 24 hours after you make the payment.

After arranging payment, please kindly tell us your bank slip or western union receipt and write your P/I No. to us via email, fax or tele, that will help us proceed your order more effectively.
③ L/C at sight
30% deposit in advance, the balance will be paid upone the copy bill of lading or L/C at sight.
